We congratulate former PDT student, Max Azaro who received the Northern Trust award, which is presented annually to an American Ballet Theatre JKO student of exceptional promise. Max was offered his first scholarship to ABT during the Youth America Grand Prix national competition in New York City in 2014, where he performed the James variation from La Sylphide coached by Risa Kaplowitz. Max was most recently seen in Princeton Youth Ballet’s new production of Cinderella, in which he danced the role of Prince Charming.
