Audrey Yeager

Audrey Yeager began her formal dance training at New Jersey School of Ballet under the direction of Carolyn Clark. She performed with the New Jersey Ballet Company in ballets including Giselle, Swan Lake, Cinderella, Esmeralda, and The Sleeping Beauty, and she danced the featured roles of Clara and Mirlitons in The Nutcracker before pursuing higher education. Ms. Yeager was later a soloist with Axelrod Contemporary Ballet Theater, and has performed with modern and contemporary dance groups including Verlezza Dance and Artbysolo.

Ms. Yeager graduated summa cum laude from Rider University, where she studied Dance under the direction of Dr. Kim Chandler Vaccaro, as well as Communications and Arts Management. During her studies, she earned the Mildred C. Hawkins Dance Scholarship. Ms. Yeager was later invited back to choreograph a new work, which was showcased in the Rider Dance Department’s annual spring concert, “Rider Dances.”

Ms. Yeager currently balances her time between work as a dance educator and arts administrator. She enjoys teaching the next generation of dancers, and has taught at schools throughout New Jersey including Princeton Ballet School, Gotta Dance, The Dance Connection before joining the esteemed faculty at PDT. Ms. Yeager is an American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum Affiliate teacher certified from Pre-Primary through Level 5. She is excited to share her experience and love of dance with the students at Princeton Dance and Theater Studio.
